The SGroar test
Exclusive is not the same as invitation-only
We include a card only when the issuer explicitly describes access as invitation-only or selection-led. High-income cards that anyone eligible can apply for remain under Premium Cards.
The shortlist
Cards you cannot simply apply for
Where an issuer keeps a fee or threshold private, we say so. Unofficial estimates are not used.
Best documented access

Annual fee
S$3,924 yearly Β· non-waivable

UOB wealth clients who will use the travel and lifestyle privileges frequently enough to justify the fee.
What to watch

100,000 bonus miles for every annual-fee-paying year
Two complimentary hotel nights per membership year and 24-hour Insignia Service Ambassadors
Best suited to
Established DBS Private Bank clients wanting personalised assistance, lifestyle access and a high credit ceiling.
What to watch
DBS does not show complete eligibility and fee information on the current product page. Its Private Bank relationship threshold does not automatically confer a card invitation; confirm current fee and waiver rules with DBS.
Bespoke lifestyle access for selected wealth clients
Integration with Citiβs global card and wealth ecosystem
Best suited to
Long-standing Citi wealth clients who place more value on service and access than a public miles comparison.
What to watch
Citi confirms invitation-only membership but keeps the current eligibility, fee and full benefits schedule private. A qualifying wealth relationship is not a guarantee.
Dedicated Centurion service and curated travel and lifestyle access
Current Singapore benefit terms identify 2.5 Membership Rewards points per S$1.60 as the base earn rate
Accelerated rewards at selected Centurion partners and Singapore-specific golf and dining benefits
Best suited to
Very high Amex spenders who value service, recognition and curated access more than a conventional miles return.
What to watch
This is a charge card. Amex does not publish its Singapore invitation criteria or complete current fee structure on the benefit page, and airline transfer values vary by programme.
